This full-time position starts at $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include delivering excellent sales service, assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining stock and displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and pricing formulas.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and tint/mix products as needed.
• Assist in deliveries and unload/load trucks as required.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
• Comply with inventory controls and contribute to sales improvements.
