EPIC Health is seeking a bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Chicago, IL for locum/contract work. The role requires English and Polish language proficiency and offers flexible engagement options with competitive hourly compensation.

The APP will perform exams, diagnose and treat conditions, develop treatment plans, order tests, coordinate care, and communicate with English- and Polish-speaking patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Board certification appropriate to your professional designation required.
• Master's degree from an accredited PA or advanced nursing program required.
• Bilingual in English and Polish required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Examine patients, obtain histories, perform exams, and assess conditions.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications and therapies.
• Order and interpret lab tests, EKGs, imaging and other diagnostics.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with patients and families in English and Polish.
