Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin, Korean or Vietnamese in addition to English.
• Previous Property and Casualty experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new & renewal business submissions and determine suitability of risks and proper pricing levels.
• Communicate effectively with carriers and clients to resolve issues and answer coverage questions.
• Provide superior customer service to insureds in a proactive and timely fashion.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth through communication with insureds.
