The role requires a proactive, goal-driven professional with strong sales acumen, a valid P&C license, and bilingual ability in English and Mandarin Chinese or Thai. You will manage multiple clients and pursue cross-sell opportunities.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese or Thai.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Agency Management System.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Actively generates new sales leads through referrals and converts them to clients.
• Present proposals, close sales, and complete exposure analyses.
• Develop accounts and cross-sell within P&C department.
• Utilize carrier rating systems provided to the agency.
• Maintain documentation for clients and prospects.
• Identify carrier risk appetites and underwriting guidelines.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
• Attend trainings to keep skills up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
