• Minimum 2 years Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to existing policyholders.
• Handle policy servicing: changes, payments, billing questions, and requests.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify gaps and additional coverage needs.
• Recognize and pursue sales opportunities within service and payment interactions.
• Explain coverages clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records per agency procedures.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Contribute to agency growth through service and inside-sales activity.
