Acosta Group in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative – Bilingual (Spanish/English) to call on independent bodegas and supermarkets, sell client products, secure new item authorizations, and execute promotions. Travel within the assigned territory is required.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Comfortable using electronic devices and order-entry applications.
• Willingness to travel and start early in the mornings.

Responsabilidades

• Visit assigned stores in the territory regularly and maintain strong in-store relationships.
• Present new products and promotions to store buyers and managers to secure orders.
• Plan promotional activities up to three months in advance with store buyers.
• Review item distribution for proper placement and compliance.
• Assist with merchandising, stock rotation, and display maintenance.
• Enter orders into turnover system after store visits for distributor delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of products, new items, and promotions.
• Keep Retail Manager informed of competitive activity and trends.
• Ensure adherence to plan-o-grams and perform routine checks.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
