Barrows Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Technician for our Madera location. The role supports therapists with patient prep, equipment handling, and front desk tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong customer service and organizational skills; a high school diploma is required and a college health field degree is preferred. Per diem schedule and Fresno/Madera catchment area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. College degree in a related health field preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service.

Responsabilités

• Prepare treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Welcomes and assists patients with physical therapy apparel and setup.
• Maintains clean and organized treatment areas and supplies.
• Under supervision, records daily notes and assists with administrative tasks.
• Assists patients with equipment and exercises as directed by the PT.
• Educates patients on equipment use and exercise routines.
• Ensures confidentiality and maintains a safe, clean workplace.
• Receives and triages phone calls to ensure patient flow and appointments.
