Job summary

Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Technician for our Shafter location. The role supports therapists, prepares treatment rooms, and helps patients with sessions in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong customer service skills, and be able to multi-task while maintaining confidentiality and high quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in a related health field preferred.
• Experience with Raintree PMS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room following procedures.
• Welcome patients and assist with therapy apparel.
• Maintain clean linens and laundry as needed.
• Record daily notes under supervision and with co-signature.
• Answer questions and provide patient information.
• Assist with exercises and use of equipment as directed by PT.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and routines.
• Keep patient information confidential and maintain safety.
• Sterilize and deliver equipment; position patients for therapy.
