Lambright Group Staffing Solutions in Mountainside, NJ seeks an experienced Outpatient Clinician II to provide direct clinical services to a diverse caseload using CBT and evidence-based modalities. The role focuses on children, adolescents, and families, with a strong emphasis on bilingual (Spanish/English) care for our community.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and active NJ LCSW or LPC licensure.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active NJ LCSW or LPC license.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to diverse clients.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnose using DSM-5 criteria.
• Create targeted individual service plans and adjust treatment based on assessment data.
• Promote family engagement and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
