Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State license in good standing as a LSW or LAC.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and daily billing logs.
• Schedule management to ensure timely therapy sessions.
