Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active, verifiable New Jersey State license in good standing as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
• Clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with various psychiatric/behavioral health issues.
• Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, interpret psychiatric conditions, diagnose per DSM-5, and establish treatment plans.
• Utilize data from standardized assessments to establish, track, and modify individual service plans.
• Promote family engagement and apply evidence-based modalities to inform family therapy interventions.
• Act as a liaison in multidisciplinary treatment teams and coordinate with community resources.
