Job summary

Lambright Group Staffing Solutions in Middlesex, NJ is seeking a licensed Outpatient Clinician II to provide direct clinical services to a diverse caseload, using CBT and other evidence-based modalities. The role supports up to 30 clients with a prime afternoon/evening schedule to accommodate families and school-aged clients.

Applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold an active NJ LCSW or LPC license, and demonstrate post-graduate experience in cognitive-based therapies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required for assessments and therapy.
• Active NJ LCSW or LPC license required.
• Post-graduate clinical experience with diverse populations and CBT background.
• Outpatient caseload management up to 30 clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5 diagnoses; tailor treatment plans.
• Create and modify individualized service plans based on data.
• Promote family engagement with evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with psychiatric team and external partners for care planning.
