Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work, Psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Bio/Psych/Social assessments and formulate treatment plans under Clinical Director guidance.
• Provide direct clinical services including individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
• Coordinate case management and referrals to outside resources when needed.
• Maintain accurate, thorough client records in the EHR and input all clinical documentation.
• Attend and participate in treatment team meetings, staff trainings, and supervision as scheduled.
