Lambright Group Staffing Solutions in Middlesex, NJ, is seeking an Outpatient Clinician II to deliver direct clinical services using CBT, serving up to 30 clients with a focus on youth, families, and diverse populations.The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a Master's degree in SW/ Counseling/ Psychology, and NJ licensure (LCSW or LPC). The schedule emphasizes afternoons/early evenings to accommodate school-age clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active NJ license as LCSW or LPC at time of employment.
• Native or professional fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Post-graduate experience with diverse populations in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Develop and adjust individual service plans with data from assessments.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing in EMR daily.
