Job summary

Lambright Group Staffing Solutions seeks a licensed Outpatient Clinician II in Mountainside, NJ to deliver direct clinical services to a diverse caseload of up to 30 clients. You will use CBT and evidence-based approaches to support children, adolescents, and adults in an afternoon/early-evening schedule designed for families.

Requirements include an MSW/MA in Psychology/C Counseling and NJ LCSW or LPC license, with native-level English and Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active NJ license as LCSW or LPC required.
• Post-graduate clinical experience with diverse populations, CBT background preferred.
• Caseload management up to 30 clients; ability to work early evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Create and adjust individual service plans based on assessments.
• Engage families and promote involving caregivers in treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing in the EMR.
