Job summary

Lambright Group Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Outpatient Clinician I to deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families within a collaborative, multidisciplinary mental health team in Mountainside, NJ.

This role offers structured supervision, ongoing professional development, and a prime afternoon/early-evening schedule to fit work with school-aged clients and working families, with opportunities to advance toward independent licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Active NJ state license in good standing as LSW or LAC.
• Clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Use standardized data to tailor and track service plans.
• Engage families and coordinate with community partners.
• Maintain EMR documentation and daily billing.
