Formación

• Masters in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current license in New Jersey to practice independently as an LCSW or LPC.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with workers' compensation clientele is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with patients and staff via multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical services, including individuals, group, family and/or couples therapy.
• Conduct bio/psych/social assessments and formulate treatment plans under supervision.
• Meet for individual sessions with patients as progress dictates.
• Complete and assist with aftercare and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in treatment team meetings.
