Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a bilingual Orthopedic Technician, Certified (OTC) to join our Back and Front Office teams in the Los Angeles area. Daily tasks include casting and splinting, while also handling patient registration, scheduling, and referrals to ensure timely care.

The ideal candidate will hold OTC certification and CPR/BLS, with experience in orthopedics or emergency settings and familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• Must have OTC certification and CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Cast and splint patients daily.
• Work in Back and Front Office; rotate between areas.
• Schedule appointments and complete patient registration.
• Process referrals (HMO/PPO) and maintain records.
• Float between orthopedic clinics as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.
