Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand in Oracle, AZ is seeking an ORR Trainer (English/Spanish) to train ORR staff in policies, ensure compliance, and audit records. The role supports Sycamore Canyon Academy’s mission to improve youth lives in a therapeutic environment.

The candidate will hold instructor certifications (CPR/First Aid, Crisis Intervention, Suicide Prevention, and related topics), and pass background checks. Onsite work with favorable benefits and housing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of related experience.
• Must hold instructor certifications: CPR/First Aid, PPC, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Suicide Prevention, Treatment Topics, and JIREH certified (if required).
• Familiarity with ROP and ORR procedures, policies, and program implementation.
• Ability to pass background clearance checks, drug screen, physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• ORR Trainer ensures ORR staff are trained and familiar with ORR policies for their roles.
• Audits staff records, processes, and deliverables to identify training needs and ensure policy compliance.
• Reports to Assistant Program Director or Program Manager with supervision under Regional Compliance Director.
