Job summary

National Vision, including America’s Best, is seeking a Sales Associate - Optical who will deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and lenses where permitted by law, and maintain patient records.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication in English and Spanish, with opportunities to grow through internal promotions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
