Job summary

National Vision’s America's Best location is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical – Part Time – Bilingual Spanish to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support daily store operations.

You’ll assist customers with eyewear selection, dispense eyeglasses and lenses where permitted, maintain accurate records, answer calls, and keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards. Requirements: HS diploma and fluent English/Spanish; Sundays off as noted.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• State law variations may apply in some locations.
