Job summary

America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate – Optical who is bilingual in English and Spanish. You’ll assist customers with eyewear selections and lens choices, dispense glasses and contacts, and help maintain store standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and accuracy, with benefits like a 401k plan, parental leave, eyewear discounts, and college scholarships. Sundays off, with pay applied per store policy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Duties vary by state laws.
