Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) required, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams in both languages.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing or distribution operations, including direct management of large frontline workforces (100+ employees preferred).
• Track record of developing and holding accountable a team of supervisors in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Strong understanding of screenprint or apparel manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production planning is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance through mentorship, constructive feedback, and active floor presence — not just from behind a desk.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with departments such as planning, quality assurance, human resources, and supply chain to deliver operational results.
• Ability to use data and operational metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and make informed decisions that improve facility performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to align manufacturing operations with broader facility and business goals.
• Provide direct leadership to supervisors and engage 100+ athletes across facility departments.
• Champion the fan experience by ensuring operations deliver high-quality, on-time product meeting brand standards.
• Identify and implement data-driven improvements to throughput, quality, and cost; drive continuous improvement.
• Own facility KPIs end-to-end—productivity, quality, safety, attendance—and report performance to leadership.
• Apply AI and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
