Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years distribution/warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process-improvement methodologies.
• Experience presenting information to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence peers and leaders and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee screen print, receiving, and order processing on the 2nd shift.
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline staff; manage scheduling and timecard approvals.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards on the floor.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to drive hiring and performance improvements.
• Leverage data and systems to inform shift-level decisions and continuous improvement.
