Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Bilingual Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to lead our manufacturing operations in the United States. The role emphasizes production scheduling, employee management, hiring, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient plant environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach and supervise production teams, ensure quality, on-time delivery, and collaborate with purchasing, inventory, and shipping.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing management or operations experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with production scheduling.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.
• Lead, coach, and supervise production employees.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
