Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams or operations in a process-driven environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience managing production lines or workflows and removing bottlenecks.
• Ability to identify backlog risks, prioritize, and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage of the process.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, taking swift action to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.
• Drive team growth, raising both the quality of the work delivered and overall productivity.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
• Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys, and other departments to ensure efficiency.
• Propose and implement process improvements that strengthen the operation over the medium and long term.
