Job summary

Mangone Law Firm, a nationally recognized immigration law firm, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-volume legal production team. The role focuses on eliminating bottlenecks, raising quality and productivity, and aligning processes across departments to deliver timely, accurate outcomes.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and work with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, and Attorneys to ensure a smooth, backlog-free workflow while supporting growth

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or operations in high-volume environments.
• Bilingual English-Spanish.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage of the process.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, taking swift action to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.
• Drive team growth, raising both the quality of the work delivered and overall productivity.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals and Attorneys to ensure efficiency.
