Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the daily schedules and assignments of drivers within the Simpro dispatch system
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, handling customer intakes accurately and professionally
• Coordinate with drivers in the field through iOS and Android tablets, keeping schedules and updates current
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
