Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter customer orders and supporting documents.
• Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails; maintain files.
• Support finance, warehouse, and production teams as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records; assist month-end tasks.
