Budget Car & Truck Rental of Las Vegas is hiring an In-Town Operations Coordinator to be the voice of our In-Town locations. You will manage fleet data, assist customers in English and Spanish, and support truck operations and marketing tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service/administrative experience, and proficiency in Excel. On-site, Las Vegas, NV with full-time hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, sorting, and basic formulas.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details.
• Clear, professional, and courteous phone and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle billing discussions and customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Able to show proof of valid employment verification.
• Reliable transportation to work location and reliable attendance based on work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for incoming calls to all In-Town locations, assisting customers in English and Spanish with reservations, rental questions, and general inquiries.
• Research and resolve customer billing concerns, including charge explanations, rental agreement discrepancies, and follow-up on open balances, escalating complex issues to the appropriate manager.
• Support the Truck Operations Manager with daily truck operations, including tracking truck availability, location, and status across In-Town locations.
• Maintain accurate fleet information such as unit assignments, mileage, maintenance and service schedules, damage reports, and out-of-service status.
• Coordinate with team members and locations to support truck movements, reservations, and scheduling needs.
• Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, tracking reports, and operational records with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
