Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking an Operations Administrator to support daily plant operations in the United States. This role focuses on inventory replenishment, receiving transactions, material transfers, and maintaining shipping documentation to ensure accurate records across purchasing, inventory, and customer credit processes.

You will help maintain efficient material flow and act as a bridge between operations, suppliers, customers, and accounting, contributing to smooth daily business activities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1+ year in admin, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or ops support.
• Experience with inventory management, purchasing, receiving, or ERP systems.
• Familiar with freight management, BOLs, and pallet tracking processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and create purchase orders to maintain stock.
• Coordinate intercompany and interplant transfers, track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Process receiving transactions and verify deliveries against PO and shipping docs.
• Investigate discrepancies in receiving, inventory, and supplier-related issues.
• Complete freight confirmations and maintain freight records and docs.
• Maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping records.
• Process customer pallet credit requests and reconcile pallet inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, freight, and customer records.
• Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and document retrieval.
