Essential Requirements for Bilingual Onsite Supervisor

• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting, including direct personnel management responsibilities.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish, encompassing verbal direction and written reporting capabilities.

• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues in real-time, demonstrating adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Maintain team engagement and consistently reinforce safety protocols throughout assigned shifts.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to provide clear direction and foster a positive team environment.
