The position is full-time and direct-hire, with 3 shifts available and a 10% bonus potential. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or related operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable using computers, operational systems, and data entry applications.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Lead daily warehouse operations and allocate resources to meet production and service goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Monitor workflows and operational performance to maintain service levels and quality standards.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability and engagement.
• Support planning, reporting, staffing, and budget-related activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and operational improvements.

1st Shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm

2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 1:00am

3rd Shift - 6:00pm - 2:30am
