Bilingual On-Site Supervisor - Olathe

At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to work with a leading staffing and logistics company in Olathe. This critical role involves overseeing daily operations, managing temporary staff, and serving as the primary liaison for client representatives to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, approximately 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend and overtime availability as needed

Pay Rates

• 27.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion

Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including phones and walkie-talkies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and staff
• Proactive customer service mindset with a high level of urgency
