Surge Staffing is seeking an Onsite Supervisor for the 10:00pm–7:30am shift. The role focuses on matching temporaries to client needs, delivering high quality service to customers and employees, and developing business through outstanding service.

Candidates should have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with background checks and I-9/E-Verify.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Match temporaries' skills to customer needs.
• Deliver high quality service to the customer and temporary employees.
• Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks and monitor attendance.
• Process workers' compensation claims and reconcile invoices from all vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
