Job Center is seeking a bilingual On-Site Warehouse Supervisor in Charlestown, IN to oversee daily operations and supervise temp labor staff on the warehouse floor. The role requires strong leadership, attendance tracking, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

You will coordinate with client supervisors, train and mentor workers, manage attendance reports, and ensure clean, organized storage and accurate order processing.

• Experience in materials handling, ensuring proper storage and organization of products.
• Proficient in using e-commerce systems for order processing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the temp labor employees to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Work on warehouse floor to interact with employees and client supervisors and leadership team.

• Complete attendance duties daily by filling out attendance report and following up on 'no shows'.

Job Center is seeking a dedicated Bilingual On-Site Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team members at warehouse facility. Located in the Charlestown area. $52,000-57,000 per year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, attendance, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle various tasks related to warehouse job duties, shipping and receiving, picking/packing, and materials handling.

SCHEDULE:

• 8am - 5pm M-F with flexibility to assist with evening & weekend orientations during peak volumes
• Example being occasional orientations at 6pm or 10pm and occasionally Saturday at 8am
