JSB Industries Inc. in Chelsea, MA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Employee to join our team. This full-time role requires reliability, speed, and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will receive, unload, inspect, store shipments, pick and pack orders, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain inventory records, and work closely with team members to meet daily goals. Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to [insert weight] pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material-handling procedures.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow established procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily goals.
• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: 130 Crescent Avenue, Chelsea, MA 02152
Pay Rate: Hourly - $18.75 to $21.75 based on shift and experience

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Warehouse Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will help ensure that daily warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities
