Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Manager for our Plainfield, IN warehouse operation. This role oversees daily staff supervision, coordinates recruitment, and ensures accurate payroll and reporting while delivering superior customer service at the client site.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish/English or Creole, have HR/data management experience, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English or Creole.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services to support changing client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client's request.
• Manage employee relations at the site, including coaching, performance reviews, and exits.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate workers’ compensation reporting and incidents.
