Job summary

Diverse Staffing is seeking a Bilingual 3rd Shift Onsite Specialist (Spanish/English) to support overnight workforce operations at our Norcross, GA location. You will help with employee relations, attendance management, payroll processing, safety initiatives, and engagement activities.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with at least 1 year in staffing or onsite operations. The role runs 7:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday–Friday, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of staffing, customer service, onsite support, or workforce operations experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to support a workforce during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite support for temporary associates.
• Serve as liaison between client management and employees.
• Address employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor attendance and workforce activity.
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Manage PPE inventory and distribution.
• Support production and operational meetings.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping information.
• Complete operational and workforce reports.
• Maintain employee records and required documentation.
