• 2–3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications.
• Ability to speak more than one language is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a high volume of recruiting activities.
• Assist Service Manager with daily branch operations, payroll, and training of new associates.
• Mentor Service Coordinators to deliver excellent service to applicants, temporary staff, and clients.
• Build candidate pipelines and manage job orders through Masis Staffing Solution CRM.
• Maintain records of terminations and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
