• Communicate with employees in both English and Spanish.
• Help with employee check-ins, attendance, and basic onsite coordination.
• Assist with recruiting and contacting potential candidates.
• Create and share job opportunities through social media.
• Enter and update information using a computer.
• Help maintain employee records and basic documentation.
• Communicate professionally with internal team and client.
• Provide general administrative and staffing support as needed.
