Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Bilingual HR Coordinator for a temporary, on-site role at the client warehouse in Georgia. You will handle employee relations, investigations, onboarding, and daily HR support, coordinating with remote HR leadership. This full-time on-site position runs Mon–Fri with possible OT and pays $22–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• 2–3 years in HR, employee relations, or operations coordination preferred.
• Experience with investigations, documentation, onboarding, and attendance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite HR liaison between associates, client managers, and remote HR leader.
• Conduct and support employee relations investigations, including interviewing and documenting incidents.
• Handle confidential associate concerns related to conduct, performance, policy compliance, and workplace interactions.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities to communicate workplace expectations and policies.
• Monitor attendance, validate absences, and maintain HR case documentation.
• Assist with corrective action processes by preparing documentation and scheduling follow-ups.
• Communicate regularly with the remote HR leader on escalated matters with detailed documentation.
