Job summary

EmployBridge is hiring a Gig Worker Success Manager (Onsite) in Lebanon, IN. The role manages day-to-day supervision of Gig Workers at a large retail distribution center, focusing on timely, accurate delivery and high client satisfaction.

You will train, orient, coach, handle payroll administration, assignments, scheduling, and maintain strong client relationships across EmployGig and PLX teams. Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have HR/data management experience, and excel

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
HR and data management experience.
Ability to lead, organize and build diverse teams.
Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Practical experience with operational software and basic data management tools.

Responsibilities

Fosters a consultative relationship with the client to understand business needs and program expectations.
Develops recruiting strategies to meet fill rate goals.
Ensures a continuous pipeline of quality talent through workforce planning.
Delivers new hire orientations and conducts onboarding.
Runs reports to identify workforce challenges and collaborates on solutions.
Verifies onboarding requirements and start-date readiness.
Maintains a 92% fill rate or higher and communicates labor market data to clients.
Coaches associates on policies with potential legal implications and participates in investigations.
