BodorLaser USA seeks a results-driven Sales Manager/Engineer to drive new business and expand our presence in Texas. The role operates remotely, partnering with clients to deliver laser cutting solutions and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, capability to collaborate across time zones, and basic Mandarin. Be prepared for travel to customer sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 2+ years of B2B sales in industrial equipment or similar.
• Ability to work remotely and travel up to 25%.
• Fluent in English; working proficiency in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through diverse channels and expand market presence in Texas.
• Identify and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners for growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and follow-up.
• Understand customer processes and recommend laser cutting solutions with internal teams.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and pre-sales support.
