First National Bank of America is seeking a Bilingual Supervisor to lead our Online Branch in East Lansing, MI. You will manage a team of virtual bankers delivering outstanding service in English and Spanish, while achieving service, sales, compliance, and operational goals.

This full-time, on-site role at our East Lansing headquarters requires strong leadership, coaching, and compliance focus to foster a high-performance team and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and consumer lending products.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with Jack Henry banking software.
• Minimum 1 year in banking or financial services.
• Ability to adapt in a culture of change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of virtual bankers.
• Oversee service, sales, compliance and operations.
• Coach to meet individual and branch goals with feedback.
• Drive deposits, lending and cross-sell growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate records.
