Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Bilingual On-Site Specialist for our New Jersey client. The role focuses on coaching, counseling, and guiding associates while strengthening the employer-associate relationship on site.

Key duties include building client relationships, coordinating staffing resources, and ensuring safety and policy compliance across assignments. Requires bilingual Spanish/English and reliable transportation; occasional travel between sites may occur.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication and urgency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working relationship with the client's management team.
• Build effective relationships with all stakeholders to anticipate future needs and recruit temporary resources.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel, temporary associates, and company personnel.
• Regularly meet with the client's supervisory personnel to confirm satisfaction with performance.
• Intimate knowledge of client's facilities, positions, and policies.
• Collaborate with the branch team, regional, and corporate personnel to meet client performance expectations.
• Assist with identifying and assigning temporary associates who meet client standards.
• Maintain regular contact with the current pool of temporary associates for future assignments.
• Conduct new hire orientations to ensure awareness of policies and safety issues.
• Follow best practices for engaging newly hired associates.
• Respond to client and temporary associate concerns promptly; resolve problems and document.
• Walk the floor, observe interactions, address safety issues, and assess production demands.
• Complete injury reports and assist injured workers with medical treatment following policy.
• Monitor turnover and develop strategies to reduce turnover.
