We're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance client expectations, workforce needs, and daily operations while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Build strong partnerships with client leadership and serve as their primary point of contact for onsite workforce operations.
• Lead the day-to-day management of a contingent workforce, including onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and performance management.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, safety, and a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct business reviews, and partner with internal recruiting teams to support current and future staffing needs.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and clients, addressing concerns, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support our diverse workforce and client partnership.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to work until 6:00 PM based on business and operational needs.
