Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner in both English and Spanish. - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and are directed to the appropriate personnel or department. - Manage the inflow of guests, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor badges. - Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. - Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. - Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is clean and organized. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
