Job summary

5th HQ is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Miramar, FL, to grow key client relationships in the nutraceutical sector and drive sales targets. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, product development, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure top‑notch customer satisfaction and on‑time product delivery.

Required: 3–5 years in account management or sales, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of account management or sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Solid understanding of nutraceutical products and industry regulations.
• Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
• Proven collaboration across departments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Upsell and promote new nutraceutical products.
• Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and opportunities.
• Prepare tailored proposals highlighting product value.
• Lead contract negotiations with win‑win terms.
• Inform clients about order status and milestones in manufacturing.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, manufacturing and logistics to meet client requirements.
• Provide product training covering benefits, usage, and compliance.
• Deliver detailed performance reports to senior management.
