Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice required.
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.
• National board certification as an FNP/AGPCNP/AGACNP or equivalent.
• Current DEA registration and BLS; ACLS preferred depending on assignment.
• Typically requires 2+ years of advanced practice primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostics.
• Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and chronic care management.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teammates.
• Educate patients and families to promote informed decisions and self-management.
